Ten Ren's Tea

Drinks were ok. No service at all. Just a self serve kiosk. Receipt doesnt print and there is a note to take photos if so. Should have fixed the printer. No tv board with order status. Have to guess what the staff was calling out. Walk to counter to read the order number myself. Overall decent but not a great bubble tea. Seem more interested selling loose tea leaf than bbt.

Smashing IT! Ten Ren's Tea located in trendy Yorkdale Mall where all the cool people hang out are serving up some extremely delicious and refreshing Teas! This is a great treat any time of the day and any time of the year. They have so many different options and great pairing with so many delicious variety of fresh flavors to tickle any taste bud. So if you're busy shopping or after a movie why not treat yourself to some of Ten Ren's Tea! Great options and excellent customer service! Great place to rejuvenate!

When selecting the sugar level in your tea keep in mind that some (maybe all) of the powerders are already mixed with sugar so its not 0% sugar when selecting 0% My taro tea was extremely sweet so they explained it to me. They did refund my tea though and were very nice. The matcha tea was tasty.

One of my favourite places for bubble tea. Plenty of selection for flavours, good quality drinks and the staff goes above and beyond for your happiness with your order. Truly appreciate the exceptional service I received today. Will be coming back time and time again.

My friend and I stopped by this location in the Yorkdale Mall and both of our drinks we ordered were lovely! This mall location has screens you can order on and you can order at the counter. Things were quite busy and hectic, but the staff were prompt and accurate in their service! There is also a tea shop inside that sells their tea products and beautiful little teapots if you’re looking to get a gift. I got a Large Mango Slush with Strawberry Boba, Lychee Jelly and Regular Popping Boba. It was fresh, refreshing and delicious! My friend got a regular dark tea (hot) and it hit the spot. I’ll definitely come back to this spot for a quick Bubble Tea pick-me-up!

This place is constantly busy but their service is fast. They also have self-serve kiosks that helps speed up the process a lot. I got the taro coconut milk tea and really enjoyed it. The coconut milk adds a unique splash of flavor that I haven’t seen in other boba shops before. Highly recommend trying it!

There are six different places in the mall that sell bubble tea. Two of them are directly across the hallway, and regularly have zero line. That being said, I will still wait in the longest line at Ten Ren if necessary. They have the most delicious teas, the most innovative blends, and the best service in the entire mall. The staff are always upbeat and friendly, and and our service oriented and patient even during the craziest rush times, and despite visiting frequently and often placing large orders, they have not made a single mistake in the year that I've been going there. Wonderful product and wonderful team, thanks guys!
